Andreas is cocky, arrogant and, by all accounts, something of a player. Denise feels instantly shy, awkward and gauche around him, and there’s a part of her that hates his rudeness. However, there’s something else going on - an attraction that she tries to fight, but cannot.
One night at a beach party, Denise has a little too much to drink and, when Andreas tries to kiss her, her inhibitions are abandoned in favor of something much more pleasant. Feeling lonely and used, Denise determines to remain strong. She builds up a wall of anger and does her best to avoid him on the dig site.
